Small place and with simple food! It serves north India food more. Soups veg manchow was amazing, roasted papad has a Marathi touch,kebabs are not good but average, dum paneer kali mirch in main course is a bit different with medium spicy, dal tadka is the best of all and lachha paratha is good and slightly crispy. Biryani was also average. Over all the place is good with pocket friendly rates.the staff was good and space is less to sit comfortably but it's ok. Cheers to desi chulhaa team members.

As the name suggests Desi chulaa....thier is no chulaa at all. Lets talk about food now. Food is awesome , quantity is enough for 2 people.

Desi Chulha is a restaurant set up by a couple of friends to give you the various tastes and flavours which many of you might have had when your grandmother cooked food or at Dhabas on the national highway. The recipe they have chosen is influenced greatly by the traditional cooking methods and techniques. Their base gravies are cooked on coal fire to give you the traditional taste. There will be one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian recipe cooked on Chulha (Traditional clay cooking stove) every day.

Went to this place while searching for food at night. This little place is well maintained and have a descent ambiance. The service is a bit slow and one has to ask for water several times before being served. The Chulhaa Special Chicken Kabab was curd based and well marinated and tasted good. Veg Phahari Handi was palak based mix veg which was ok. Dal tadka was great. Chicken Biriyani was not worth it. Overall sort of a descent place with moderate pricing but waiting time for food is quite long.

I really loved their special food. They people use only charcoal to cook food which gives deep taste. Also the service over there is also very good

Financially drained at the end of the month and still craving for awesome food? Here is a place with delicious North Indian cuisine that will fulfill your hunger as well is cheap. Do try the Desi chulha special kabab for the starter. It is delicious and juicy. All in all to say that a place that is sasta, sundar and tikau.
